Acceptance

By downloading or using See Studio you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. We may update these Terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use See Studio on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

The Free plan is free forever for individual use. The Pro plan requires a paid subscription and grants the additional features described on the pricing page.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Redistribute, sell, or sublicence the app or any part of it
• Use the app to record content you do not have permission to capture
• Circumvent any technical measure that controls access to features
• Use automated means to create accounts or abuse the service

Your content

You own all recordings you create with See Studio. We claim no rights over your content. Recordings processed locally never touch our servers.

Subscriptions and billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued unless required by applicable law.

Disclaimer of warranties

See Studio is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
